It had been a few days after Pema had chosen to speak to her children about the recent changes within the pack and the absence of her father. She was able to speak to most of her children but Timberlake was out of attendance. At first, she didn't think about it. Knowing that with the new territory all of her children would be out and about exploring and trying to figure things out. But because she hadn't seen him she went looking for him.
But there was nothing. His scent was in a few places faintly, but not enough to follow. It scared her. Thinking that if she couldn't find him or even his scent within the territory that he must be gone. But how? Had he left, had someone taken him, did he go off to explore and then get lost not knowing where the new territory was by heart yet.
She began to search frantically combing through every inch of the territory looking for him, hoping to god that he wasn't outside of the territory somewhere. Past those borders, there was no telling where her little man might have been. In her fright, she called out to him, "Timber! Timberlake!"
