@Nimueh
The temperature had begun to meander above the freezing point, leading Sibyl to feel fairly free in approaching the coastline- a place which was enchanting with its tidal surges, but also a place which reminded her to be cautious, nonetheless. The gulls overhead hung on the changing winds which made them laze in swinging patterns on the invisible air, and occasionally their high, piercing cries disturbed the regular rush and flow of the wavesong.

Disinterested in the birds above, she set out for the sandy beach and began to rove this way and that, searching the shorelines for anything that spoke out to her, or anything that she might be able to use later. She knew what to look for- but wasn't entirely sure she'd find it here.

She had left the man she had met in the woods as well as the other along the coast and wandered once more. The Druid wondered if this new one was filled with more men than women. That was until she saw the white as snow wolf that was in front of her. "Greetings fellow traveler." She said simply.

The brisk, coastline breeze ruffled her fur, but brought with it the scent of another wolf, masked lightly by the salt of the ocean, but still noticeable nonetheless. She breathed in the woman's scent for a moment, without turning to see where she was- though she knew by the direction of the wind that she was approaching from her flank, from inland. She allowed her mind to roam, and with the whisper of the wind she drew several soft whispers, divining them and giving them shape and meaning so that she could interpret them later. The moment she opened her eyes, she was met with the woman's voice, and a smile curled the corner of her lips.

She turned, slightly, side-stepping her hindquarters elegantly and turning her back to the ocean so that she could face the female. Dark, she noticed, but not without highlights where the tips of her guard hairs turned silver, like a spattering of aurora across a winter sky. The aluminium of her eyes was as bright as the glint of moonlight on water, and the tone of her voice like wind through the shivering leaves of an aspen; cool, calm, but not without the hushed, high tones of a whisper.

"We are not travellers," She responded, but then bowed her head, and gave the female a faintly amused smile. "But we express greetings nonetheless."

There was something in the way the woman spoke that  seemed to draw in the inked female in clinging to every word much like her mentors in the past. Her word choice was favorable, and her voice held a few mysterious undertones to it. "Of course." She stated simply with a small smile of her own as she glanced across the water for a second then back to the moonlit female. "My name is Nimueh." The Druid felt it would be best to introduce herself first before continuing to speak any further. "What brings you to the sea?" She questioned. For Nimueh she was merely passing through but couldn't help but stop and look at the beauty in it as the waves crashed against the shoreline and seagulls called in the distance.

The female seemed keen on understanding her- or in the very least, accepting her, which was appreciated. She did not mind the questions that tended to follow each greeting and she had been trained to withstand them and answer them in such a way as to not bastardize her position or have her own dignity and beliefs rattled by others who were blind. She sensed a kindred spirit in this one, which warmed her soul; it was nice to be in the company of an accepting wolf. Sibyl knew that her task was to speak with wolves who were largely blind, to varying degrees, but she always felt her life became much easier when she found herself in the company of those whose spirit was open and welcoming.

"I am Sibyl," She said. "We are always here," She commented, albeit somewhat vaguely; a reference to her earlier statement that she was not a traveller. "We are everywhere, always," She said, feeling that she could ellaborate a bit, with Nimueh, having come to the conclusion that she might suffer less judgement by the one she felt was open to her concepts and beliefs. "...But we are focused here, in search of a sandstar." She said.

The name the woman gave was of some familiarity to the female and wondered if she was named after the tales she had heard. She had never met a wolf who spoke in the third person and wondered if their was someone else about. "Forgive me for my many questions, but you speak of we is there another you are referring to?"

Something flickered in Sibyl's eyes when the woman spoke her question, the way candlelight flickers under even the softest breath, but the pleasantness of her expression remained the same. She gauged the female's reaction and the inquisitiveness of her question which came with a tone of curiosity. Curiosity she could handle- in fact, she would cultivate and encourage it, and could condone curiosity more than she could condone or tolerate close-mindedness.

She glanced past Nimueh for a moment, blinked, and then returned her gaze to the woman's silvery eyes. "Are you alone?" She asked, simply.

Her question was not answered and the dark woman let that be for snow as she looked upon the woman. "As of this present moment I am alone." She was quick to answer the woman and waited patiently to see if she had any more questions.

In response, Sibyl smiled in the way a mother will smile before correcting a child's innocent error. She felt pleased to offer some wisdom to Nimueh, and felt that she was acting as a support, so she could build up even more confidence and self-awareness. Sibyl enjoyed teaching and encouracing others, as much as she enjoyed reassuring them- and this lesson, which she was about to teach, did both.

"We are never truly alone," She spoke softly. Sibyl's acceptance of presence went beyond the physical realm, and delved deeply into that of the spiritual realm. Once again, she glanced past Nimueh's shoulder and smiled softly. She gazed past Nimueh's other shoulder, and blinked once, as though in acknowledgement, before she turned her warm gaze back to her companion. "You, my dear, are certinaly not alone." She said. "There are those who follow you...Who have been following you...Who will continue to follow you." She said, and paused. "Do you wish to know more?" She asked.
