The female had departed from the male that he had met a while ago. It was nice to have company but she kept his advice in mind about watching her nose. Others may not be as nice as he was to warn her of a nearby pack.

Radar wondered who else she might meet during her travels. The young female longed for an adventure, a purpose, a friend. She kept on forward admiring the view of the trees.

The massively large male casually walked through the forest at a steady pace, his long strides equaling to a brisk walk for an average sized wolf. With golden eyes peeled for any signs of food, the black furred wolf swivelled his ears in attempt to catch the sounds of the forest, nose twitching to find the scents.

He was a large male, standing above the normal size of an average mackenzie valley wolf. And with big muscles and thick fur, he could be mistaken for a black bear. Though he may come off as intimidating, he usually wore a kind smile, like he did now. He was appropriately named Blackburn, with his coat being pitch black and eyes a burning gold. Plus he could be fiery on the inside as well.

But now he wasn't showing his arrogance, though he did hold himself in a confident posture, as usual. His main concern now was food, with his size he had to stay well fed, but that wasn't always easy since he wasn't the best hunter there ever was. Just a hare or a squirrel would do for now. If only he knew someone in these lands who knew where good hunting grounds were.

At the moment the grey female had thought she was completely alone. Well alone as she could be in a forest full of creatures that normally would hide at the first whiff of a wolf. But at the same time would they think of her as a wolf? Her own family hadn’t, they thought of her as a disgrace.

She however smelled something or someone and looked around and surely enough she was right. What was it though, she took note of the size of the creature and hid behind a tree quickly. “Who are you?” She called out.
