Continued from here

Kisu was barely even walking anymore. It had been five or so days, and he was having a harder time waking up each time he closed his eyes. He creeped slowly along, his head low and eyes heavy.

He came upon a lake and felt like diving in to cool down, but he knew he would drown if he did. Instead, he spent the next three days slowly hydrating. No longer having the urge (ooc: to purge... heh.) to vomit, he didn't struggle to keep the cool water down this time.

Feeling slightly refreshed, Kisu stood only to wince and almost crumble. His stomach panged with hunger. He didn't have the energy to catch anything, and he was obviously unfamiliar with the land's berries since he had stupidly poisoned himself.

A flashback hit him; he and his twin brother jumping around their father saying that they were "starving to death!" He tried to laugh, but it came out a wheeze. If only he knew as a pup was real starving was.
