The day had passed by quickly as she roamed around the general vicinity of home. She had began to walk back to end the day and ended up standing by the borders, finding herself reluctant to go back just yet. So she had set off and the farther away she got, the more her heart raced and eyes grew bright. She didn't realise she was ankle deep in water until she stepped in a section of particularly flooded wetland and sank into the mud. She squeaked and hurried to pull herself out of it, only to slide deeper down into the mud pit. She whimpered and searched for something to yank herself out with and spotted a branch but it was too far out of her reach. "S...Someone help! Please! I'm sinking!" she yelped her voice high pitched with fear that she would deny later on.
