Nikai had promised Valette that he would talk to Mawk about losing his mate. He couldn't imagine what it'd be like to lose Alya, especially so quick after finding her back, let alone what it would be like to lose a mate that one had had for a long time... But Nikai was eager to help his pack mate and he hoped that he'd be able to offer some solace of some kind. Even if not a mate, he had lost his other half -- his sister, his only biological connection left -- and several others in his life such as Steady and Murdock, so he had some experience on the subject.
Sitting by the stone circle, close to Illecabra's stone -- the warrior stone -- Nikai lifted his nose to call for @Mawk. His missing leg was tucked underneath his body so it wasn't immediately visible, though not entirely intentionally so. The young aspiring coach waited for Mawk, hoping there was anything he could do to help.
