Cerulean Cape Bone Carving

A carcass of a seal lay, partially eaten and beginning to rot, upon the cape, and Cerne approached it with great interest. It was still good to eat, so he began to take his fill; the seal meat was rich and fatty, and quite unlike anything he'd tasted before. When he'd eaten his fill, he used his jaws to break off several rib bones; one would be used for his bone readings, one would eventually become a pendant, and one he would bring to @Sakhmet as a gift. This bone he could carve with teeth, claws, and sharp rocks, creating a unique pattern of jagged marks. Marked bones were meant to bring good fortune, as well as protection, to those they were bestowed upon, but he meant to bless this one differently — if Sakhmet wanted to learn, he would ensure this gift would help.
