Khali had been worried that @Lily was gone for so long. He understood her want or rather need to get away for a while and to find the pack a new home but he couldn’t help that every bad thought had corrupted his mind now. He had hoped she would be back by now but since she wasn’t he wanted to keep himself busy tending to the borders and helping the pack anyway he could.
In the early morning he woke and started to patrol the borders. He refreshed a part by urinating on the bush as it was fading scent from the pack. He continued on and made his mind think about other things. There weren’t any signs of anyone at the borders so he headed to the Garden after his patrol.
“Swahili” is in blue, he tries not to speak it so no one will know his past.
