Careful paws trotting around the den, Leonore had nearly spent the past ten minutes kicking a leaf around the den.

Having become a victim of her game, the blade was quickly becoming soft and withered - leaving her increasingly unsatisfied with each kick.

Saturin watched Leonore with rapt interest as she kicked around a leaf and wondered how long she'd be able to keep it up, as it was growing worn and withered from the repetitive motions. He was too content snuggled up next to @Suzu to join in, so he decided to stay where he was and watch everything unfold from afar.

Shark was not as content as his brother. 

The young boy swayed his hips as he crept up on his sister, watching the way Leonore would toy with the leaf. The way the soft thing fluttered into the air and waved down to the ground. It was getting a little more worn with each motion that she made. Shark's eyes were wide and sharp, following the leaf. 

When it landed in a dainty little drop on the ground, he darted forward and snatched it in his mouth, swallowing it whole.

We can just say this is a cameo <3 one time-post for me. Let's say Shark scurried away to terrorize Caliste.

With a whine that could be described as nothing but pure irritation she gave the leaf a clumsy pounce.

Feeling eyes on her she looked to the source - spotting Saturin, she met him with a furrowed brow. How lazy he must be, stuck to their mother's side all day when there was so much to be done.

The intensity of Leonore's stare etched a sense of unease deep within him, and he looked away and flattened his ears. Abuhbuhbuh, he softly babbled in reply, trying to soothe her with his words and ease the tension her face.

He refrained from looking in their sister's direction out of concern, and missed Shark's interference.

Head turning to Shark she was quick to grow upset - he had ruined her game! Letting out a squeak she swung a paw at him.

How could he do such a thing! She would never forgive him!
