Set directly after pack gathering. Was hoping for a lil @Anoana ?? I know time is going to become a little tight for you, but this can be however long or short you’d like!
Fleur had left Kinusi, heart feeling a little more light in the wake of Solharr’s ground-shattering return. The pack felt cracked, and Fleur couldn’t bear to see her home crumble in the aftershock. Though Solharr had been the gravity that pulled them all in, the sun-kissed woman made it now her mission to be what glued them together.
She was not ready for Solharr to find her, so she sought out the others. Nose to ground, she sniffed deeply, searching for scents of either Ezra or Anoana. The latter was still unfamiliar to her, even after all of this time. She blamed herself; she had been so entranced by Solharr that she could barely see anything else beyond him. During her darkest hours in his absence, she became rather secluded, despondent—lost.
Ezra had been the outlier since she had met him beyond the Hárkonungr’s reach when she first joined. Still, she would seek him out and check on him when she could.

wonderful, thank you!
There had been a silent unsettling which had rooted in the heart of Forneskja with the weight of their leader gone from them. A purposeful absence, it had been revealed. Anoana felt she should have been angry at him, for leaving them all without warning of his soul-searching travels. But she wasn't. Perhaps she was the only one that wasn't. Life had solemnly kept moving. The group of wolves seemingly more together out of survival and necessity then kinship and friendship.
Maybe these were just Anoana's thoughts. She had been a shell of her once self. One which had been far more passionate, thoughtful. She certainly had laughed more. Replaced now with a hardened one. One realistic and perhaps even a bit callous when it came to the way of things. Sólhárr leaving had been just another to do so. Now he had returned to which he was thankful. It was no more complicated then this.
Of who she once was and the difference she were now couldn't be known by the new group of wolves in her life. She was simply a quiet woman, dutiful, serious in her work. It was this which all she had now as a reminder of who she was.
When Fleur found her, Anoana was already back to the at the river side as she had been previously, taking the mushrooms which she had plugged in the dark, moist underbrush and settling them into a warn old brown skin for transporting.
Blessed be, Fleur. She greets as she takes note of the woman's approach, lifting her head from her bundle.
Italic means she is speaking in icelandic.

A smile offered, though it didn’t quite reach her eyes.
She supposed she was—no, she didn’t suppose, she absolutely was—but, why did it have to be accompanied by the feeling of gritty, hot betrayal. He left them all. Spoke to her of dreams only to bring forth a nightmarish hell. Why? Her mind could not think of any reason for his absence.
Throat cleared, her gaze refocused on Anoana, eyes of sunstone dulled by her thoughts.
Same to you, Anoana. She had not felt blessed for quite some time now. Fleur had paused, head cocked as she eyed the woman and her collection, her tail waving slowly. She sniffed the air, scenting earth—and an undertone of cold that settled over stone.
Solharr returned. It was a simple statement, a thought spoken aloud. Inward, she was still reeling, her anger just simmering underneath her skin. She was not only angry for herself, but also for the others who had been left adrift. How could he come back after all of this time, dropping gifts at their paws, and expect them all to feel happy?

I’m sorry…I—her words caught for a moment before she took in a breath, settling herself ever so slightly to continue,
—I wanted to check in on everyone after what had just transpired. While I am glad for the Harkonungr’s return, I find myself fearing that this stunt he pulled rocked us all.and even smaller, mostly to herself,
Or, maybe it is just me…
I guess I just do not want to see the pack crumble with whiplash.A nod toward Anoana,
How are you?The woman appeared calm, but even settled snow may look quiet on the surface, only to give way at the slightest of disturbances. If she had the power to prevent an avalanche, she would.
