There were too many teeth and an awkward position involved if he tried to do it himself. Alternatives seemed a little... crude and a heck of a lot less satisfying. Nevertheless, his ears flattened as he watched her go. No doubt she had other business to attend to. She smelled of pack. That kept a wolf busy. Him? He had all the free time in the world.

Alas, the playful humor that hovered about him dissipated. He noted her change in course and recognized the direction she was now headed in. Back towards the pack lands. Back home. Back to the safety of those she found dear. Distracted her much, had he? Enough to lose interest in whatever she was doing before? He'd noticed. He was going to let her know he knew.

"Turn around." His voice cracked across the space between. There was no humor in it now, just the baritone of his natural cords. "You were going the other way before, or have you forgotten your business here?"
