Raziel had been keeping his promise to himself and had been tracking a herd of elk through the Valley, hunting alone was no easy feat so it took longer than a pack hunt, but he was determined to bring one down and bring it to Scarlett. She would be so happy, right? He loved to see her when she was happy, it brightened his day so much which was a good thing since he was mostly seething at Kove's behavior whenever he was away from her. Just thinking of horrible ways to slaughter that SOB when he came back, if he ever came back.

If Scarlett had just stayed single for a few more months, she wouldn't be with the unfaithful Kove, she would be with him, they would be happy together.
