Keeping this vague, as the CitalixTyrr thread is still active, but yay for reconvening!

She'd had her own version of a "talk with Tyrr". In reality, it was more of a "talking at Tyrr" for she, herself, was not entirely convinced he'd been listening when she spoke truly to him. He had some sort of built in censor that erased anything he didn't wish to hear... which was everything she had to say. He did not want to know the Amazon women he'd gathered had never been loyal to the wolf he'd become. They'd only ever been loyal to the Queen first and by extension, Tezcacoatl as they had been assigned to him. The wolf who led the Ridge now? He was not nor would ever be Tezcacoatl. Their loyalties reverted back to the Queen by default.

She knew Manauia was soon to be or already on her way back to the Rise to inform the Queen of Tezcacoatl's death. Xuih had been absent as of late. Citali would seek her out as soon as she caught trace of the female's perfume. Until then, she was after Nochtli. The female had done as she saw best and one boy king wanted to pout about it. He could sulk as he pleased, so long as she no longer had to listen to it.

Back to Nochtli. She'd fled the rise. She didn't have much option. They had no home here save for each other and now that dismal ridge was off limits. Of all the off-bound places to have in the area, these wilds could have that one. She wanted nothing to do with it the land and less to do with its wolves. Nose to the ground and then to the air, she caught sign of her dark sister deep within the only local forest to offer anything in the form of a remedy. Curious that the wolf would be camping out there.

Then the howl rose. She altered her course swiftly and found her not too much further ahead. "Nochta! You're okay!" she moved towards the wolf and crowded her, looking her over head to tail as she examined her for any cuts or scratches she might have obtained while roaming around on her own. "Have you been hunting? I hope you're not starving out here." She murmured on, muttering little worries here and there as she fretted over the health of her friend.
