Everything seemed to be going downhill for this mother. Her sons, her precious boys, were out there. Possibly dead. Lusa refused to think of the truth.
"They're out there, know they are!" she yelled to herself while pacing on the outside of the Blackfeather borders. She had asked Grimnir to watch over Peridot so she could have time alone. She needed to get her mind straight. The storm had made her go a little crazy.
She paced faster, her left hind leg lifted. "Il est correct Lusa. Tout ira bien!" she muttered in her native tongue. "Damien et Cicero seront bientôt de retour et quelqu'un trouveront Chevalier," she muttered. But something in her the back of her mind told her to just give up. No! Not that easy!
