Burke noticed that the female was very convincing with her passion for the brotherhood. Burke had still a question though, which he could guess, but guessing didn't make a solid answer. Burke was almost a 95% sure he was going to accept this female. And then maybe have a talk with Misty since these were the kind of wolves they wanted. But that was something he had to deal with later, that was his mistake.
