The tornado had left much devastation in it's wake though for a reason that Tezcacoatl did not even attempt to fathom Frostfire Ridge had been spared mother nature's wrath. Whether it destroyed the homes of other packs the Rekkr found that he could not be bothered to much care. They didn't concern them. Their well being meant nothing to him. His concern lay only with the wolves that inhabited his Ridge ...though for how long it would remain such he had no idea. Their numbers dwindled by the day sinking lower and lower ...and further more to dampen his mood: Tuwawi was gone. He had not seen her in well over a month now and was left to assume that she'd left. Left him. His heart ached for the ember but this time he could not spare the time to look for her; and he had no resources, no wolves that he could spare. Most days his mood was less than pleasant; worried as he was about the stability of his failing pack — followed by the irksome realization that the cruel Amazon women were getting what they wanted: his failure. They were probably somewhere in the Wilds laughing all the way home; but he hoped, selfishly, that they, too, failed. An eye for an eye. Why should they get to start anew when they ruined his chance for it? Angry only because he would not return to a place he was not welcome to rule. Hypocrites every last one of them.

Many times, Tezcacoatl had considered disbanding what was left — which was a joke as far as packs went. He had considered it again earlier in the morning. Again and again it repeated itself within his head. What was he doing? Holding onto a ship that he could clearly was sinking just because he was stubborn? Because of his pride? It was stupid; and yet despite these revelations he couldn't make himself let go. Not yet. A howl pierced the air and Tezcacoatl made his way towards the stranger at his borders knowing that even if he managed to have another recruit that it wouldn't be enough. Winter would be upon them soon enough and they did not have the man power needed to survive it. They barely had enough man power to survive anything now.

“Yes?” Tezcacoatl inquired, crystalline blue eyes assessing. Despite his proud and regal appearance he wasn't exactly feeling it, currently; though he did his best to conceal it nevertheless.
he came and stole the wild
