Rising Sun Valley and the profit will outweigh the cost

i wanted to reply to this so bad before i had to leave for work yesterday ;_; *kicks work*

Not surprising, Mordecai supposed that the likelihood of finding decent game there was unlikely. Though the forests offered cover from the elements, he had the slightest of an inkling that most of the large game would be roaming the fields beyond. After all, why wouldn't they — the fields beyond the Plateau had been ripe with all that they could have possibly wanted. And in turn, they had all turned their focus to those fields. Still, it was with some fleeting hope that he had simply not searched for enough, and truthfully he was perhaps no more than a bit into such a search.

"Not a snack, though a small herd would do. Mouths to feed and all," Mordecai replied with a wane smile. "What about tracks? If you've seen some and will help, I'm sure we'll be more than happy to split the meal." It seemed a fair offer to make, though he had no idea whether or not the wanderer was keen on hunting. Sure, maybe he was a little travel weary and thin, but most wolves did not last long in the wilds of any sort without some sort of ability to fend for themselves.
