I had written up a response to one of your other threads, only to then realize there was no 'new reply' button because you had archived it lol. *derp* Edit: tagging so you know I saves your lonely thread. @RaLae

He was disappointed. The creature he had spotted from a distance was neither foxwolf nor foxwolfish. It was a coyote, and he let his shoulders droop and his ears fall with the realization. Finding his ilk was proving to be more difficult than he had expected, but he was an easily distracted sort, and soon Roo's attention was diverted away from subdued thoughts as he honed in on this crow picking fur out of the smaller canine's shoulder. She snapped at it, but why and how did it get so close in the first place?

His tall ears lifted and he stared with wonder for all of a moment before his curiosity and excitement sent his paws scampering toward her. "Why for it do that!?" he exclaimed as he drew near. His head tilted. "Is it a friend crow? Dids you have a tick?"
