The wagging of his tail earned the stranger a faint smile, though she was slightly curious of the meaning behind it. Was he truly that glad to be given a chance at joining something more than himself? Such was a trait she enjoyed seeing in others, for loyalty could be born from it. The way he answered would have, perhaps, been concerning to some, for few wanted an arrogant subordinate. Asterr, however, knew that was not his intention. The way he held himself betrayed his inner nature, and it was obvious that arrogance simply didn't fit him. Thus his answers were accepted for what they were, truly, and she kept them fresh in her mind. He would definitely be useful, but that was only a single factor in the grand scheme of things.

She nodded her head, showing she'd both heard and accepted his response. "And your name, what might it be?" Couldn't carry on without knowing that. "My name is Asterr." She did not introduce Jolon, leaving him to do so himself (assuming he remained). "You say you are a great hunter... would it be safe to assume you desire a trade dedicated to such in the future? And what other things interest you?" While Asterr did not demand trades be earned, it could never hurt to learn of the plans potential tribe members had.
