He really should have dug one out himself while there was plenty of time.

Esaro looked at Spring when she offered to help. Somewhere in him he was thinking maybe he'll do it all himself instead of having her always helping him but he really wasn't that independent. "Well I'm going to need a new place to sleep in now. Do you know where else I could go?" He asked, hoping he wouldn't have to actually dig out his own den. The chances of another free place suitable for him didn't seem so high. Still maybe Spring had a back up plan somewhere or at least an idea for him. This misfortune wasn't enough to break his positive mood so while he was looking at Spring he had a small smile and his tail was wagging happily.
