Blackfoot Forest though she be but little, she is fierce

can we move this to present day? (: i know we technically have a thread but i feel like we need an updated one... <3

The man moved forward gracefully, seeking his future-queen with a desperate need growing in the pit of his stomach. She did not return his affection often enough, and he longed to be with her as more than just a leader. He wished to speak with her though, for her independent nature was just too much for him to handle sometimes. Her firey attitude that propelled herself so far from him was what lured him in though, and he simply could not help but fall deeper in love with her.

He found her among a garden of herbs, where her dusty pelt melted beautifully in with her surroundings. He smiled as he approached, ducking beneath some low branches before he revealed himself. 

"Beautiful day," he greeted her, a warm smile sent her way. "You look lovely," he added, tail waving behind him. His blue eyes glinted with mischief, although he doubted hers would return his warm gaze.
