The girl didn't make a comment on his response, she wasn't sure what to say to that. The girl then shrugged, unsure of how much to tell this male. She supposed she could consider him a friend- acquaintance if anything- but how much did she need to share? Aria's gaze remained on the ocean. "Casmir left," she said simply, her posture lowering slightly. Her diamond white gaze fell slightly, focused on the tide more than the ocean itself. "I suppose I just keep wondering why," she added. Truthfully, she did know. He needed a break from everything that had happened here at Donnelaith, but she couldn't fully come to terms with it.
