Shrike was not pleased when the intruder remained at the cache, eating their hard won food rather than giving it up as soon as he realized he'd been caught. Satisfaction gripped him as he managed to clench a bit of the male's haunch in his teeth, but the sorrel male was agile and swift, and once he decided to get out of there, he streaked off, with Shrike in hot pursuit, chasing him out with an aggressive growling drone. He pursued the intruder beyond the borders, where he began to make a turn, which caught Shrike by surprise. As such, the silvery male fell behind in pace and lost sight of his target. 

He slowed and began to track the male by scent when his voice rang out. For a moment, he paused and considered the scent and sight of the male- nothing rang a bell, and even if it had, he wasn't a member of the pack and wasn't going to get a 'get out of jail free' card that easily. "I don't know you," He called back with an austere voice, which caught a bit in his throat as he caught sight of the male again. He growled, lowered his head and began stalking toward the male, hoping he'd finally get the hint and run away.
