Potema watched helplessly as her distraught sister slumped to the floor, unable to move, unable to see her, though her eyes were open. Potema walked closer to her little sister, nosing the dark female gently with her nose, feeling awkward and tongue-tied.
K-kendra...? Can you hear me?She asked, butting the girl softly over and over again. She had seen sadness before, but never had Potema seen grief. Grief was an entirely different process than just being sad. And Potema couldn't even handle consoling someone who was sad. How could she help someone broken by such an overwhelming sense of sadness?
