He steps past the border with his wife at his heels, nosing her occassionally to remind her of his affection for her. His ears perk and he pauses, his nose twitching. "The grass is growing," he says, somewhat out of the blue. It was true though. Even though the landscape still appeared brown and dirt-coverd, small grass stubs poked through the dirt in an attempt to regreenify the land. Whether or not it would actually work, he was not sure.
"Maybe everything will grow back by midsummer..." he adds, looking to Amara with a loving gaze. He planned on asking her something today, but he would have to wait for another day.
