Asherah was a slippery creature. Enticing, yet coy. She had fulfilled her promise by coming to Ar-Khalba first, but she would not give him what he wanted just yet. No, she would make him work for it -- which, in a way, made Ar-Khalba long for her more. He stepped forward, attempting to throw a forelimb over her slender body, but she was too quick. She slid away.
This was a game. A game Ar-Khalba was determined to win. If she wished him to prove his worth, he would do just that. After all, he was Molech's chosen consort, being the sole male of the Malkaria and all. She inched closer after pulling away, only to snap at nothing before dipping into a low, play bow. Ar-Khalba mirrored her movements, readying himself for whatever Asherah was going to throw at him.
Like a flash, she took off into the woods. Without hesitation, Ar-Khalba gave chace behind her in pursuit of her ensnaring scent. All the while, he lightly nipped at her flank whenever he could get close enough.
