This was a hunt just like any other, yet Asherah was the prey. He stayed close, waiting for the sister to tire. But when she shouted back to him, Ar-Khalba knew she would not give in so easily. She wished to be taken by force.

Without giving Asherah an answer, Ar-Khalba surged forward with clear intent. He shouted nothing back, yet his answer need not be vocalized. He would not let her slip away. She would be his. So, like a hunter in pursuit of some wily prey, Ar-Khalba aimed to bring Asherah to a skidding stop by breaking in front of her -- breaking her course in the process. 

This, after all, was only the first part of the game. But, while Ar-Khalba wished to savor the first act -- he was quickly growing impatient for the second.
