There was a brief moment of waiting, of patience, and then they were joined. Potema celebrated their union with a gasp, her breaths short and quick with his rhythm. There was a flurry of noises she made; whimpers, whines, moans and gasps until it finally culminated with a final shudder as he finished.

And then came the awkward brief moments with the tie. She supposed had she known the wolf or even loved him that it would not be as quiet, or as awkward. But she laid there, body still recovering as the pale wolf slid off her back, licking her chops contently, waiting for what he had to say, if anything at all.
