thank fuck they were open to story time, because Jhala was running out of ideas on how to cheer them up-- and she herself needed some major cheering up. what did they wanna hear? she didn't have any of those bullshit fairytale stories lined up... she never learned them as a kid. gore was probably too much, but maybe something with just a bit of action would entertain them-- yeah, solid idea.
