She stirred slightly, her eyes slowly opening to the small, wriggling potatoes she had bore just a few days ago. One half of the newest Meloniis were...sparring? While they were now blind and deaf, they could smell. They would know one from the other, she supposed. It took her a moment to figure out which of the twins it was, but from the faint tinge of red on her back, she knew it was the child she had born first; named after Azura. Clavicus was bothering her, planting little bites on her rear end. Azura reciprocated similarly, though she missed, biting Potema instead. 

The mother winced, though it did not hurt much. She sat back, letting them play. So long as they did not hurt each other, Potema had no reason to interfere. She kept an eye on them, watching the other two who were resting peacefully amidst the chaos.
