She was beginning to feel like she might be lucky just to refrain from vomiting in front of them when suddenly the freckled male mentioned Peregrine again. She clenched her jaw in an effort to keep a lid on the grief that bubbled to the surface and caused her to visibly wilt as she nearly forgot herself and her distressing situation. Sassafras had nothing to say as she stood there and tried to collect herself and focus on the situation at hand.
