the woman spoke still, sounding a little shocked that Circe had not home across other packs. answering casually still, she answered, "yes, there were others- not many, and few still I found I wished to make my home within. The Bypass appealed to me, somehow." she admitted with a soft smile. lying was perhaps her greatest strength- never did she waver, hardly did cracks ever show in her facade.
her next question had Circe realise that this was perhaps more than a simple conversation. It seemed out of place, and the thought flitted quickly through her mind as she responded. Her eyes widened in the slightest. "Is- would- is the Bypass in danger? I'm not much of a fighter- but I'd do my best," she confessed, and this much was true. She really was not much of a fighter, and did not truly appreciate direct confrontation.
