It had been an innocent question, borne purely out of curiousity. Having no other siblings apart from her mirror image sisters and the one black white sheep that was Korei, Lyra of course had no clue wolves could be different yet also come from the same litter. In her mind, Korei was simply an oddity; she was meant to look just like she and Hydra and Alya but, for some reason or another, hadn't come out that way.

"Oh," the girl said simply in reply, frowning down at her paws as her mind whirred with this new information. The heck was a brother? And orange eyes? She tried to imagine such a thing but couldn't. Was it the triplets who were the oddities, then? The fact that something may be wrong with she and her sisters was distressing, and the crease in Lyra's brow deepened. "Wh-why are Hydra and Alya identical to me, then? Are we weird?" Her voice broke on the last word, the first hints of tears welling in her eyes as she looked up to her mother with rising panic. She didn't want to be weird!
