Or drown herself in the river, anything that would get her away from the Alpha's presence was a good thing. She would never be able to forget this. Hanging her head in embarrassment, Genie avoided eye contact at all costs, her dark cheeks darkening even further as she flushes heavily.

"Yes," Genie cleared her throat, pushing all thoughts of further humiliation aside. She tried to empty her expression of emotion, but all half succeeded. Nevertheless, she composed herself quickly and nodded. "I'll be here most of the time, probably," she informed Rannoch in her most professional voice. "I'll find a den somewhere near enough."
