He was in the moment. He looked up to see her legs and paws twitch. His ears tuned into the sound of her moans. The idea that he was doing is to her was such a turn on, maybe more then if she had been doing this to him. Her body twitching without control as he continued to play with her. He wanted the feeling to be irresistable, to the point where she couldn't wait any longer for him.

He kept on playing with her, wanting to hear the sounds of her moans grow louder till he himself couldn't wait any longer.
