He waited for her in complete stillness, his only movement being the one of his flanks as he breathed in an out slowly. He did not expect her to arrive so quickly, so when the sound of her voice broke the silence with a never heard before roughness to it, Remi could not help but to jerk brusquely in surprise. He felt as if (again) all air had been knocked out of his lungs and his ribcage threatened to cave in. 

"huh?" he managed to blurt out, his face contorting into a pained grimace as soon as he tried to move around to face the chocolate draped medic. "owww, fuck" he exclaimed whilst dropping again to the pose she had found him in. His foul mouth was not something Remi was ashamed for or would ever apologize for. It wasn't as if it was something Genie hadn't ever heard before. 

"i fucked up" he admitted, his eyes seeking hers with sincere regret. "im sorry"
