He nuzzled her back,placing a few gentle kisses against her maw before simply resting his head on top of hers. "I would never hurt a woman unless they attack me. Even then unless I feared my life I'd aim to put them down instead of hurting them. I promise I won't hurt her." the fact that she'd even had to ask him to promise took him aback.  Did he really seem angry enough to cause harm to his ex wife? He shook his head and separated himself from her, licking her cheeks soothingly. "I'll be back soon, I promise.
