YES <3
He had never expected this.
It was almost funny how life threw you into different directions, situations you'd never planned and presented you with choices you'd never dreamed of choosing. Life seemed to have a plethora of unwritten stories that evolved as one grew, and adapted as a new choice was made - nothing was set in stone, it seemed. For he was certain if he'd never come upon the Teekon, he'd never be meeting the gaze of the girl before him.
Stories were forged from the characters involved, designed so carefully by the hands of these numerous choices that led to new opportunities and different options so great in quantity that one would be fixed to pen and paper for the rest of eternity if they were to try and list them. It was so strange to think how far the man had come since his paws had led him to these Wilds, strange to imagine what a different wolf he had been.
It was Spring when they returned, an unmistakable joy of coming abundance energizing the air around the pair. Some laced patterns of white still coated sections of the ground but primarily there was new warmth to invite the lips to smile, promising the appearance of colourful flowers to wrap their garlands around the land in days to come. Gentle rays of golden light shone from behind puffy clouds dotting the canvas of blue above them.
Horosk had noticed the emotions rolling like blue waves across Mira's face but he did not question them, for he truly mirrored the exact feelings. He heard the clearing of her throat and a slight smile graced his lips as he gazed toward her, awaiting the words that were sure to come. "A home... that would be good." The man confirmed, momentarily allowing his eyes to wander the far reaches of the horizon.
