Gannet growled when the stranger said what they did, hunching defensively but turning to face them so that he could see. "No," he said emphatically, and the fear that the suggestion of being pushed in was clearly written on his face.
The growl died in his lips soon enough, but he continued to stare warily. There was no way he was gettin shoved in if he could help it.
