Stone Circle The explorer

Slight PP (I said Red heard him snoring). Hope that's cool but will change if not. :)

Red, herself, was far too earthbound to be looking at the sky. She tended to look at the sky only at night to look at the stars and figure out where she was, or to glance up and see what time it was. Usually, she was looking at the plants and smelling animal smells and searching for water sources and taking in the trees and the shrubs. The sky was beautiful, but the earth was more so, to Red. She was doing a patrol for lack of something better to do when she ran into a boy she’d never met before.

Well, there he was, resting in the grass. He smelled of Easthollow so she assumed he was a packmate she simply hadn’t had the chance to meet yet. She opened her mouth to speak but at that moment, he let out a light snore and she snapped her mouth shut, not wanting to wake him. At the same time, though, she didn’t want to just sit there staring at him until he woke up (cos that would be creepy as hell) so, instead, she kept a bit of distance, found a spot to lay down nearby, and decided to wait a while and see if he woke up on his own. If not, she’d be on her way to continue her patrol.
