Golden Glade back to the years of loo-lee-lie-lay

She had been tracking her own dinner when a flash of movement caught her attention; the creature had escaped one potential death only to run headlong in to her, which was fortunate. Ikkuma did not waste time - seeing her opportunity (and having vowed months ago to never let herself go hungry again) she cut through the prey animal's path.

As a squeal broke through the quiet of the glade, Ikkuma wondered why the plump hare was running at such a clip to begin with. She gathered its remains and began to plot a course through the foliage without hiding her presence, going in the direction the hare had sprung from. Aside from the heavy scent of blood and food, she managed to find clues - a canine scent, some broken shoots of grass, an erratic pattern indicating a chase - and eventually spotted a silver-white shape.

She dropped the hare and hastily shouted, "Hey, you!" Which could've been made to sound a little more friendly, but whatever. Ikkuma just wanted to get the strangers attention.
