The way the stranger turned and glared at her should've clued her in to something. They stalked over and as soon as Ikkuma caught a glance at her angrily contorted features she was drawn towards their eyes - they were red! What the fuck! Rather than do the charitable thing upon being confronted by the oddly spectral wolf, Ikkuma mentally "noped" and reversed her course. With a surprisingly nimble back-step she returned to her spot looming over the deceased hare and sharply dipped her snout towards it, trying to scoop it up in her teeth without taking her peripheral attention off of the oddity.
