To her joy, Speedy had said Sonny could help her find something smaller to hunt. The osprey clearly understood if she couldn't help Speedy find a big animal to hunt, wolves would probably need companions if they were going to bring something bigger down. A smile cracked on Sonny's face. "Perfect!" She exclaimed. "I know about some small animals that live here."

With those words, Sonny flew off her branch and hovered in the air, flapping her brown wings. She then remembered where she had last seen some small animals, and flew off in that direction, looking back behind her here and there to see if Speedy was following her.
