Greatwater Lake When all you've got is nothing, there's a lot to go around

they think this should be obvious: why else would they be stalking along anxiously outside of the forest's borders? still they know their biting tongue has gotten them in trouble in the past and so they make the effort to straighten slightly and nod, slightly-mismatched eyes resting on the other's dark form. "yes." they pause, unsure if there's anything more they should say. perhaps. "my fathers sent me to -- be useful to the brotherhood," and here they do their best to mask the indifference they feel towards this goal, "but there has been... little for me thus far. i'm curious to know what your plans are." perhaps there is still something to this whole  brotherhood thing after all -- or maybe damien's got something even better on the table. they're willing to try.
