Stavanger Bay this is the one song

The birth was just the beginning and it was over now but there was no rest for the wicked... almost literally. For the most part all of the pups were okay. Elixir hadn’t slept a wink through the night as she watched the suckling of the babies and then their little tummy’s rise and fall Justin in case something was too happen. I guess one could say she was a worrisome mother for now. 

Now it was the second day of having the litter and she was a hair less uptight. The pups were doing their own thing suckling and what not, Elixir was trying to take a moment to clear her head and that’s when she heard the first few little mumbles from Quellcrist’s mouth. Elixir hoped that if she didn’t make eye contact (even though she couldn’t see anyway) the little one would fall asleep and not make a noise. A moment to herself would be much needed but the wolfdog breathed slower for a feeble minutes testing the waters to see what Quellcrist’s next move was.
