Blacktail Deer Plateau Burning ship

 Things were too stagnant. He had joined a pack months ago and yet he felt like nothing had changed. He spent more of this time patrolling the borders but knew with his history he should be wary about sticking too close to females during their heat. He already had one unexpected child that he knew of, and others that he didn't. Having something like that happen within a pack would surely cause damage.

He thought to make the treck back to Blacktail Deer plateau, where his life had hit its peak and where he had experienced the greatest descend. Perhaps something would click in his mind there, but fate had other plans.

Just as he began his ascend he heard a call from a nearby female. Requesting the presence of others. It seemed somewhat strange to hear someone calling from this location. After all, it was no longer the territory of a pack. Perhaps something was wrong and she needed assistance. In any case, Howl thought to investigate this stranger.

Having once lived here he knew the quick and easy ways to reach the top of the plateau and once he did a fare female came into view. Being upwind he did not yet smell her hormonal scent in the air and innocently asked. "Hello Miss. Is there anything I can help you with?" he asked chivalrously.
