Slightly confused, Stephanie cocked her head and smiled.
Yeah, just a little slow, she called, taking the time to catch up. There were times when she was fully aware of her condition, but every other time was like this; locked two years back, choosing not to remember what had happened since.
I'm Stephanie, she greeted, finding that it might be rude to not reciprocate Maia's hospitality.
Where are you headed?she asked, still wondering if it might be worth the energy. It was a nice day for a trip, so Stephanie figured that she could do for an outing.
