Workshop?

Do you guys think it would be worthwhile to set-up a "workshop" section of the forum so that established members could like... opt-to-adopt new players so they can get settled? I feel like we're already a very welcoming community but it might help for some people to have a dedicated threading partner who could play with them & explain some of the more confusing aspects of the game? And the Workshop could also be used to help people when they get stuck with concepts / building their writing styles / assist with "how to flesh out posts" or maybe give a run-down of RP basics (for some people who might not be as familiar or as established in the RP community; ie, this being their first experience).
