The game had soothed her mind, though it hadn't taken more than a few minutes it was more effective than a whole hour of therapy. Amelie looked sideways at her mother, while she glanced to the sky and spoke softly. She understood when she said today wouldn't be the day --she hadn't expected it to anyways. The only thing she wanted was to set a date for the trip, and apparently that was already taken care of.

And though Amelie was unsure of the strangers she felt certain that if they were friends of her mother they'd become her friends as well.

Sun Spark had quickly earned the young Beaudet's affection."I really do!
