Haunted Wood for the rotting (mtr.)

64°, currently it is mostly cloudy/heavy mist and set during afternoon. Located in Great Bear Wilderness, Haunted Woods | ooc notes: here i am! finally!

The cool air of the afternoon was strange for such a warm summer. Clouds hung low in the sky, only to eventually touch the ground as it mingled with the mist of the haunted woods, clouding his senses as the thick air choked out most; except for one thing. The smell of blood was thick. It clung to the clouds in a thick perfume, beckoning the beast for his attention as he padded forward. Maw hanging open as to taste the air upon his tongue as the behemoth approached the scene. 

Only a low bay rolled from his lips as he eyed her with a bloodstained glare. Irises washed onto the scene, absorbing the bloodsoaked scenery, the meal she was consuming which was a scene he was all too familiar with. Although he was amused to see more and more cannibals begin to congregate around, she was still unfamiliar to him, as well as her reasoning for being here. Although it wasn't quite trespassing as of yet, he still decided it was so. These were to be his lands after all. 

Slowly he stepped forward, lips peeled back just enough for the glint of his fangs to shimmer in the pale light, swallowing the earth beneath him. For now, he didn't have anything to say - but he'd listen should she speak.
